Are you a veteran of the roofing/restoration industry who is motivated to not only present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, but share your wealth of knowledge with other field sales representatives? This might be the perfect opportunity for you. 

Baney Construction & Restoration is looking for a Field Sales Manager to join their team. While selling services to customers of their own, the Field Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and managing the Field Sales Representatives on the team, and assisting them with any questions or daily needs. This individual will be responsible for: 

Responsibilities: 

• Training and managing other field sales representatives

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

• Prospect and contact potential customers

• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

• Create sales material to present to customers

• Self-generating leads through door-to-door canvassing and business-to-business relationships

• Follow-up on company provided leads

• Carrying a ladder and climbing on roofs

• Working with insurance claims and meeting with insurance adjusters

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years industry experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus, but not required

• Previous experience managing a team is a plus, but not required

• Familiarity with CRM platforms

• Motivated

• Self-starter

• Organized

• Ability to build rapport with clients and field sales representatives

• Strong negotiation skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Valid Driver's License

• Able to climb a ladder, walk on roofs, and lift 50 lbs
